SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We make every effort to ship your order quickly. We will ship items in stock with 48 hours. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as available. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.   There may be an occasion where an ordered item will be shipped directly from the manufacturer.  In that case, you may receive separate shipments if ordering more than one item.  At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.

RETURN POLICY

We value you as our customer and want you and your pet to be happy with our products. We guarantee all of our products against defects. If there is any problem, or for any reason you need to return or exchange merchandise please contact us.  Our return policy is:

1. If you are returning an item, it must be in new and unused condition. Original tags must be  attached to the item being returned.  The item(s) should be postmarked within 14 days of customer receipt of the merchandise.
2. Please give an explanation for the return of the merchandise
3. There may be sale items listed from time to time that will state that they are non-refundable.  Return policy for sale items will take precedence over our normal return policy.
4. Items received as gifts can be returned for store credit--unless they were part of a clearance or sale that states non-refundable-sales are final.
5. Some items cannot be returned or exchanged:  food, perishable and grooming products.
6. Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer.

CHANGING OR CANCELING AN ORDER

If you decide to change or cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible.  Once the item has been shipped we can not make changes or cancel the order.

SALES TAX

By law, we must charge a 6% sales tax to all Kentucky shipping addresses.

At the Green Paw your privacy and security is of the upmost importance to us.  We will not give your email information to any third parties.  We take all possible measures to ensure that your privacy is protected.  You will receive emails from us from time to time but can notify us if you no longer want to be on our email list.
